Description: This is a lot from the short-lived Lego Belville series, set 5827. I have assembled it to see what is missing and the only piece not included is a clear magic wand for the fairy. The full box is included and in good condition. The instructions are very good to near mint. The bricks are all in good shape, but need a toothbrush scrubbing with a little dish soap to clean them up.
