Button closure in front from waist to neck, elastic waist, slip on over head. Metal snaps for collar. Collar is naturally stiff and pussybow has been micro-knife pleated. Gathering/light puffs at shoulders and cuffs. A-line skirt shape. No lining, should probably wear a slip underneath as the fabric is slightly sheer in bright light. White belt is NOT included.
