Any vintage parts shown in the pictures are for comparison purposes only. Please read this whole description prior to buying. The parts you receive are a light gray that is VERY CLOSE to the original color. You do NOT need to paint these to get a color match. PLEASE SEE PICS. Depending on angle of view and lighting, they appear as an almost exact match, or slightly lighter. These can be easily painted if you desire custom colors, or contact me before ordering as I can print in a variety of colors. My goal is to make items that closely resemble the originals, are easy for me to make, and cheap for you to buy. As such, if you want original parts, please buy original parts. If you want parts that will make your AT-AT look good for display and don't want to spend a lot of money or do a lot of work painting them to match, these parts are for you! I try to create custom replacement parts that are good stand ins for diorama/display purposes. These 3D printed items will have visible layer lines as you can see in the photos, and may have other minor visual defects from the printing process. The Chin Guns are printed in a transparent material with the end result being a clearish crystal/whitish color. They do transmit SOME light from the bulb, but not nearly as effectively as the originals. See the video. If you would like a part in a specific color for customization, please contact me before purchase. The materials I print with are all sand-able and paintable. They are easy for you to custom paint if desired, but they are a close enough match that they look good as is.
